How our website works
At the top of every page on our website, you'll see "Home Delivery, Distance Shipping, In Store Pickup" (or, if you're visiting our site on mobile, you'll find this navigation as a dropdown on the top left-hand side of the page). Each section brings you to a slightly different part of the Nettie's website, so that you can find exactly what you're looking for. Here are a few related questions and answers that you might find helpful.
We sell our products online in three different ways. These are, In Store Pickup, Distance Shipping, and Home Delivery. Each section actually has its own website, with a slightly different product listing, and a separate shopping cart/checkout method. You can switch between these sections at the top of the screen (or in the main navigation on mobile).
At the very top of the page, underneath the Nettie's Logo, you'll see a big, bright announcement stating which section of the site you're on.
That depends upon what you want to do! Here are some guidelines:
In Store Pickup: For customers who plan to come in and pickup their order.
Home Delivery: For customers in Suffolk County, NY who would like Nettie's delivered to their home.
Distance Shipping: For orders being shipped outside of Suffolk County, NY.
If you navigate from one section of our site to another (for example, if you're on our "Home Delivery" page and switch over to "In Store Pickup," it may look like the contents in your cart have disappeared. Not to worry! You're actually switching between different websites, with completely different shopping carts. If you return to the section of the site you were previously shopping on, your cart should be exactly as you left it.
Absolutely! You'll just have to complete a separate transaction for the different sections of the site. For example, if you want to order both for "Home Delivery" and for "Distance Shipping," simply complete your "Home Delivery" purchase, switch over to "Distance Shipping" and complete your second purchase there. We know it can be a bit confusing at times, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you would like assistance.

We are normally open from 7AM to 4PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We adjust our schedule for holidays. Please sign up for our mailing list to receive updates about our schedule and more!
